{"id":2374,"date":"2025-05-29T14:42:26","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T14:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redheadwithafork.ch\/?p=2374"},"modified":"2025-05-29T14:42:26","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T14:42:26","slug":"super-easy-salmon-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redheadwithafork.ch\/index.php\/2025\/05\/29\/super-easy-salmon-curry\/","title":{"rendered":"Super easy salmon curry"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-colibri-color-1-color\">Ingredients<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>350 g of cubed salmon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp of turmeric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tsp of cayenne pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp of mustard powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp of black mustard seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tsp of cumin seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 whole green chillies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g of green beans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-colibri-color-1-color\">Instructions<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sprinkle the fish with half the salt, turmeric and cayenne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the remaining salt, turmeric, cayenne with the mustard powder and add 1 tbsp of water and make a paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat some oil in a frying pan and toss in the mustard and cumin seeds.
