{"id":2329,"date":"2025-05-26T09:25:10","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T09:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redheadwithafork.ch\/?p=2329"},"modified":"2025-05-26T09:25:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T09:25:10","slug":"prawn-risotto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redheadwithafork.ch\/index.php\/2025\/05\/26\/prawn-risotto\/","title":{"rendered":"Prawn risotto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-colibri-color-1-color\">Ingredients<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g of cooked and shelled prawns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g of frozen peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g of finely chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 red pimento seeded and cut in strips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 geese of garlic finely sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g of risotto rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5 ml of ground black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl of white wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 l of hot fish stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml of coarsely chopped parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-colibri-color-1-color\">Instructions<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fry the onion and garlic in the oil without browning them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the rice and cook until it becomes translucent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour in the white wine, allow absorbing, then put in \u00bd of the stock and allow also to absorb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the peas and prawns, season and add more of the stock.
