Ingredients

  • 4 slices of white fish
  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 300 g of curly cabbage cut in fine strips
  • 300 g of coarsely grated carrot
  • 150 g of slices of bacon cut in strips
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • 5 ml of Aromat
  • 5 ml of chopped dill
  • 2.5 ml of ground black pepper
  • 80 g of margarine
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the lemon juice on the fish and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Gently fry the bacon until it has rendered its fat, then sweat the vegetables in this for 5 minutes.
  3. Season the vegetables with the condiment and pepper, pour on the wine and cook, covered, for 5 minutes, then put the vegetables and their cooking juices into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the dill on top.
  4. Put the fish slices on top of the vegetables, season with a few gratings of salt and pepper, dot with the margarine and cover the dish.
  5. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 °C for 25 minutes.

Notes

Serve with pommes persillées.
